About SuperForms

What are SuperForms?

SuperForms are a special type of online registration form that includes key fields of data to be collected from individuals (eg name, email, DoB). The form is shared with the affiliated clubs and schools for each Association, and clubs can add their own fields onto their own local version of the form if they wish. Clubs  can display their online form for parents/players to register online, or they can enter details manually if they prefer. Each Association automatically receives consolidated reports with the individual details of all players.

Softball club administrators can update records as they see fit, and the entire database can be exported to Excel with just one click.

Importantly, all registrations are automatically visible to the Association, meeting reporting and compliance requirements without effort. Clubs can then use the TeamBuilder utility from Sprty to drag & drop players into teams. If an Association is using SKED competition management system, these teams are automatically added to the competition and can be included in the Draw.
