Managing Softball Registrations

The process for managing online softball registrations in Sporty can be completed in several easy steps:

  1. Login to the Sporty platform to see your database of people from last season. Click the button to email them all a unique 'magic link' they can click to renew for the new season. This means their details are automatically pre-filled on your registration form without people needing to log in.
  2. Display a blank version of the official SNZ registration form on your website or Facebook so new people can register with your club online.
  3. If your Association uses transfers you will be required to approve each player's registration. If the player is already registered with another club, the system will alert you and invite you to request a transfer or permit for that player.
  4. Through TeamBuilder add teams into the competition so they automatically become visible to your Association to organise the draw. Then drag & drop your players into your teams.

See the Admin User Guide for more details. If your club does not yet have a login for Sporty, please email Support@sportsground.com. If your club has used Sporty in the past, you can obtain login access from anyone that already has a login.

Many topics include short videos to show you how it's done. If you're unable to resolve an issue yourself, you can raise a support ticket by clicking the 'Help' button that appears at the bottom of your website on the Sporty platform when you're logged in.
