Q. I am play in two teams in different Associations. Am I required to register for both? 

Yes. The Association database are separate from each other so you will be required to complete a registration form for Association A and a separate registration for Association B.

Q. I am both a Player and a Coach/Volunteer. How do I register?

You are required to complete the Softball Registration form and tick the Role of Player and Coach.

If you registered last season, ask your club to invite the database back to re-register then you will be sent a link to your registration details.

Q. What do the different text colours mean in the Database view and Transfer/Clearance window?

Q. How do I change the Date of Birth or name of a player that has been entered incorrectly?

The Date of Birth and Legal First Name and Last Name fields are locked and not able to be changed by clubs. If you require any of these fields to be updated please contact your Softball Association.

Q. Are transfers required?

The transfer workflow has been enabled for each Association. Check with your Association if you are required to approve your players for transfer.
